Due to the intense heat, the color development of the late-harvested Merlot was poor, so it was pressed directly as Blanc de Noir.
The Steuben Blanc de Noir and the fermented Cabernet were each barrel-aged for over 6 months, then blended and bottled.
Every year the weather is unpredictable, and it is not possible to harvest all the grapes in a fully ripe state, but I believe that one of the winemaker's roles is to have the utmost respect for those grapes and to bring out their best qualities to the fullest.
Since it is well aged in barrels, it has a rich barrel aroma and subtle fruitiness, and despite adversity, it has become a very well-balanced finish.
With the concept of "Not Yielding to the Rain," we put our gratitude to everyone into this.
We hope you enjoy it casually.
