Fattoria AL FIORE / Bianco 2024 (White) 750ml

A Bianco that is popular even in the flagship series.
Although the grape varieties and production methods differ each year, it is made from these three types of grapes combining table grapes and wine grapes.
Winemaker Meguro has been continuously producing this wine with great passion since 2017, and every year upgrades the production method aiming for a better Bianco.
Since 2022, Delaware and Chardonnay have been prepared in the same way as Tirol, familiar from the Neko series. During barrel aging, from multiple barrels, the ones that matured better are selected as Bianco and blended.
The fruitiness and sharp acidity from the Chardonnay. The full-bodied richness from the well-ripened Delaware.
And the honey aroma and sweetness coming from the Steuben's brand noir. These three elements form the composition every year. This year, with a larger harvest of Merlot, the Merlot brand noir has also been added. Furthermore, we have partially used new barrels from Stockinger in Austria, newly introduced, resulting in an even richer and fuller finish.
We hope to continue advancing the uniqueness of Japanese wine made in Japan through our own interpretation, and we would be delighted if you continue to enjoy the evolution of Bianco.
