Wine is an art that reflects the people and the terroir themselves.
Because it is Mr. Ohno, whom we deeply respect, that we make this wine every year.
We don't pay much attention to the exact blending ratios. Grapes carefully grown by a single farmer are fermented in their own way. There is no other reason for a field blend. However, surprisingly, it always comes together very well.
2023 is the final work of Masatoshi Ono, whom we deeply respect and trust immensely.
From 2024 onward, the couple Yuji and Michiyo have taken over.
Please cherish and savor this final Masatoshi Ono Field Blend.
Also, Mr. Yuji and Mrs. Michiyo, the couple, have been veteran farmers involved for over 20 years.
And he has a passion different from his father's.
2024 is also progressing well, so please look forward to that as well.
