Since 2015, we have started planting grapes in our own vineyard and contract winemaking, and despite various twists and turns, from 2020 we have gradually been able to harvest grapes.
That said, if we only use in-house grapes, the quantity would be very small, just one or two barrels, and the potential of the grapes is still limited, so we blend with trusted farmers to produce a sufficient volume.
Thanks to the winemaking techniques we have cultivated so far and the wonderful grapes from the farmers, the taste, aroma, body, and overall balance are of a quality comparable to our flagship Fattoria AL FIORE series, resulting in a product that will fully satisfy you.
