Since 2015, we have started planting grapes in our own vineyard and commissioned winemaking; despite various twists and turns, from 2020 we have gradually been able to harvest grapes.
That said, if we only use in-house grapes, the quantity would be very small, just one or two barrels, and the potential of the grapes is still limited, so we blend with trusted farmers to produce a sufficient volume.
Thanks to the winemaking techniques we have cultivated so far and the wonderful grapes from the farmers, the taste, aroma, body, and overall balance are of a quality comparable to our flagship Fattoria AL FIORE series, delivering a level of quality that will fully satisfy you.
