Chateau Katsunuma / Hishiyama Koshu 2019 (White)
Regular Price ¥2,537A hill terrain located on the southwest-facing slope of the Hishiyama district in Katsunuma Town, Yamanashi Prefecture. Blessed with terrain, climate, and weather conditions, it is a specialty area where excellent grapes are harvested. The Koshu grapes used were carefully cultivated and harvested in close cooperation with grape producers and then vinified.
At first impression, it has a rich volume, followed by a balanced refreshing acidity and a subtle bitterness in the aftertaste. The bitterness is a characteristic unique to the Koshu grape, giving the wine a sense of depth.
