The Torii-daira area of Katsunuma Town, Yamanashi Prefecture, is a hilly area located on a southwest slope at an altitude of about 500m. Blessed with terrain, climate, and weather conditions, it is a specialty area where excellent grapes are harvested. The cool wind "Sasago Oroshi" characterizes the beautiful acidity and long finish. Only rare and excellent grapes harvested here are used.
A wine carefully fermented at low temperature to preserve its aroma.
Gentle fruit flavor. The rich acidity and abundant minerals produced by the temperature difference in Torii-daira spread in the mouth.
