This is a new farmer from Koshu City with whom we have started trading for the first time. The destemmed and crushed grapes are fermented with natural yeast for two weeks along with skins and seeds, then pressed. This orange wine extracts the astringency and richness from the skins firmly. When tasted, it offers a pleasant astringency from the grape skins, fruit umami, and a solid acidity.
It actually goes well with fried horse mackerel, vegetable tempura, and ethnic dishes.
