In 2023, due to high temperatures during the fermentation period, fermentation was done in stainless steel tanks, and after being aged in old barrels for about a month and a half, it was bottled.
Aroma of white flowers, citrus like lime, and fennel.
The volume is moderate with a good balance of acidity and slight bitterness in the finish.
