Made with 100% Koshu grapes from Koshinen in Nishino, Minami-Alps City. Fermented in new French oak barrels and aged for 6 months using the sur lie method. This white wine has a good balance of the distinctive fruitiness and moderate acidity of Nishino Koshu, along with the aroma of the barrels.
