Each variety undergoes 2 to 4 days of skin contact before pressing. After fermentation in large barrels, it is aged in stainless steel tanks.
A gorgeous aroma of rose, cedarwood, and Casablanca lilies, which over time develops into a complex blend of apricot, mandarin, and soldam plum aromas.
Matches well with Southeast Asian cuisine that uses a lot of herbs, such as Vietnamese and Thai dishes.
