Using Merlot saignée juice carefully cultivated by the contracted farmer "Kirari Farm Suzuki" in Azumino City, Nagano Prefecture, it was fermented at a low temperature. You can enjoy the aroma of plum and apple, a refreshing acidity, and pleasant tannins, with a rich flavor and umami that linger firmly in the mouth. This well-balanced wine pairs well with Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, as well as meat and fish, making it enjoyable with a variety of meals.
