Made using Merlot carefully cultivated by the contracted farmer "Kisato Farm Suzuki" in Azumino City, Nagano Prefecture. It has a purplish ruby color. The fruity aroma of black fruits like cassis and plum is complemented by spicy scents of pepper, violet, and thyme. The pleasant acidity and firm tannins harmonize in a well-balanced, elegant wine.
