A blend of Gewürztraminer from our own Akui vineyard and Chardonnay from Yamagata Prefecture.
The aroma was carefully drawn out through low-temperature fermentation. It has a pale, transparent green color.
It has fruity aromas like pear and green plum with a citrusy acidity, offering a refreshing taste.
This wine pairs well with fresh dishes such as seafood and raw vegetable salads.
