The wine made from Fujinari and Cabernet Sauvignon has been enhanced with the acidity and bitterness brought by yuzu, resulting in a full-bodied wine.
Yuzu was not added as a flavoring; instead, the fully ripe yellow yuzu itself was fermented and then blended with the wine.
