We fermented Cabernet Sauvignon born in Kobe Nada with Kochi's sake yeast CELL24.
To infuse the wine with ginjo aroma and mature it, we let it grow while listening to Kochi's Yosakoi dance music.
In addition to the nuances of aging influenced by the music, please enjoy the lingering finish reminiscent of sake.
