In response to the request for a "red wine specifically for meat," I decided to create one. Steak, hamburgers, ginger pork, twice-cooked pork, sukiyaki... etc. Japan has countless meat dishes. Therefore, I aimed for a "red" that is characteristic of "Japan" and created a blend. It is a "red" based on "acidity." I believe that a wine with an acidity base is more interesting whether served chilled or at room temperature. Of course, a robust "red" is also delicious, but this time I made it with the intention of pairing it with "fish red meat" as well. I aimed for a refreshing taste with a deep aftertaste and crispness. I combined the roundness of "Steuben," the balanced flavor of "Merlot," and the crisp aftertaste of "Hokujun (Hokujun: Amurensis type)". There is MLF occurring in the bottle, which causes a "shower" effect upon opening, but after the second glass, the bubbles will disappear, allowing you to enjoy the changes in aroma and flavor in the glass. I hope that "Japanese" meat dishes can be enjoyed with various pairings, so I would greatly appreciate your support.
