Made with berries A from Yamagata Prefecture and Campbell from our own farm.
This is wine that has been fermented after soaking the de-stemmed and crushed grapes in the skins for 80 days.
"Considering the compatibility with food, the basic flavor starts from Berry A, with ripe berries, roasted coffee, and the juicy, strong grape-like umami and acidity unique to Campbell that spreads in the mouth."
The fragrant Campbell sparkling wine pairs well with various dishes characterized by different aromas, such as ethnic and Chinese cuisine.
Of course, it should pair excellently with other dishes as well. This time, by reducing the amount of stirring and allowing it to sit, we extracted the rich fruitiness characteristic of cold maceration, so even after the gas in the bottle decreases, you can still enjoy the deep flavor of the wine itself. It is a delicious wine that offers a two-stage enjoyment: the lively character at the time of opening and the umami of the wine itself after opening.
The name "Pump up" was chosen because it means to burst and also signifies enthusiasm and excitement. I hope that with this wine, you can enjoy yourself a little and move forward.
Also, "cats" were drawn by Emi, our family’s cats.
This wine has undergone some MLF in the bottle, so please enjoy its unique flavor.
There is a possibility of strong gas release, so please chill it properly and open it quietly to enjoy.
