Only wines of particularly excellent quality made from grapes grown in our own vineyard bear the name "Bijou." The grapes from the sandy soil, aged for many years, reflect the distinctive flavors of this land in the wine. The 2021 vintage was aged in barrels for 10 months, resulting in a truly attractive wine with the rich flavors from the barrels complemented by the floral aromas unique to sandy soil.
The top notes are of ripe figs and spices. On the palate, there is a supple fruitiness, with a depth that combines soft acidity and tannins. The finish flows smoothly down the throat, embodying the unique flavor of sandy soil.
The year 2021 was blessed with very good weather, making this wine one to look forward to as it matures.
