Blessed with favorable topography, climate, and weather conditions, it is a special production area where excellent grapes are harvested. The Koshu variety, carefully cultivated and harvested in cooperation with grape-producing farmers, is used for brewing.
The first impression has a plump volume, accompanied by a well-balanced refreshing acidity and a hint of bitterness in the aftertaste. The bitterness is a characteristic unique to the Koshu variety, giving the wine a sense of depth.
