Blessed with favorable topography, climate, and weather conditions, it is a specialty area where excellent grapes are harvested. The cool wind known as "Sasako-oroshi" is characterized by its beautiful acidity and long aftertaste. Only the rare and excellent grapes harvested here are used.
A wine that has been slowly fermented at low temperatures to retain its aroma.
Gentle fruitiness. The rich acidity and abundant minerals born from the temperature difference in Torii-daira spread in the mouth.
It also has the potential to be set aside for long-term aging.This is an exceptional Koshu wine made from grapes rich in minerals, offering an outstanding sense of concentration.
