While preserving the original flavor of the fruit, it is aged in French oak barrels.
The barrel aroma is subtle.
At the top, there is the scent of green apple. Over time, the aromas of Japanese citrus, quince, and white peach compote emerge.
When taken into the mouth, the rounded texture from barrel aging is pleasant, with a faint hint of vanilla aroma.
