A red wine made using Cabernet Franc from our own vineyard in South Shinshu. It was aged for 8 months in American oak and French oak barrels. Aromas of blueberry, mocha, and mint. Fruit flavors like cassis and pomegranate. A wine with a pleasant soft texture where rich acidity and silky tannins are well integrated.
