A white wine made using Petit Manseng from our own vineyard in South Shinshu, created through "mash fermentation" where the skin and seeds are fermented together. It has an aroma that evokes sweetness reminiscent of apricots, peaches, mangoes, and honey.
Elegant and pleasant fruitiness and sweetness. The lively acidity lingers long into the finish.
This is a wine with a fresh and delicate yet complex and rich sweet style.
