Pinot Noir is considered one of the most difficult grape varieties to cultivate worldwide. Tōmi City is gaining attention as one of the few promising regions for Pinot Noir in Japan.
Villadest's Pinot Noir is being released for the 14th time with this vintage, counting from the first vintage in 2006. It has a pale color with aromas of red fruits, black tea, and clove. This red wine is delicate and elegant, with moderate acidity, a long finish, and a complex flavor. Aged in barrels for about one year.
