After carefully preparing the Yam Sauvignon grapes from our own vineyard located in Akiruno City, Tokyo, half was aged in new French oak barrels and the other half in stainless steel barrels, then all cuvées were blended in the final production.
A masterpiece of Tokyo-produced wine finished with an elegant taste characterized by a glossy texture.
