The white wine made from Seyval 9110 and Kai Blanc harvested in Chichibu City was aged in whiskey barrels delivered from a distillery in Chichibu, after which Japanese oak Mizunara wood was roasted and infused. This limited wine is infused with aromas and tannins from the whiskey barrels, along with the subtle sweet fragrance of the Mizunara wood.
