Kuan Zeng Farm / Rivers Parther's Cuvee Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 (Red) 750ml
Regular Price ¥3,200In 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the wine production volume of various wineries decreased, leading to a reduction in the amount of grapes purchased by wineries from grape growers.
"In order to support grape growers during such a pandemic, we purchased grapes and turned them into wine, which is the Rivers Partner's Cuvee 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon."
The "Corona Disaster Relief Wine" is a Cabernet Sauvignon from Kakuto Farm, led by Soichi Sato, a grape cultivation specialist who has been adopted by famous wineries such as Obuse Winery. Mr. Sato has 40 years of experience in grape cultivation as a contracted farmer for major manufacturers and has received numerous awards in competitions, but after cultivating this vintage, he sadly passed away. This wine is not only a relief effort for the Corona disaster but also the final work of a genius cultivator.
You can enjoy the balance of tannins and acidity of Cabernet Sauvignon, along with the rich body of the grapes. The stainless steel fermentation allows the flavor of the grapes to shine through. The strength of the tannins in Cabernet Sauvignon is complemented by the toasted oak flavor from the chips, creating a pleasant drinking experience. The Partner's Cuvee series uses Cabernet Sauvignon from the renowned Kadofu Farm in Nagano, allowing you to fully appreciate the grape variety.
