Mount Akagi, located almost in the center of Gunma Prefecture. Our own fields spread out at its western foothills.

The volcanic ash soil at the foot of Mount Akagi, gentle slopes, significant temperature differences between day and night, and sunlight that is uninterrupted from sunrise to sunset are all considered optimal conditions for wine grapes. This wine is made from grapes grown in the vineyard right in front of the winery.

This wine has a moderate barrel aroma, with scents of toast and vanilla, and rich aromas of sweet citrus and acacia flowers. It has a very smooth texture, a solid structure, and a refreshing acidity that leaves a pleasant aftertaste, reminiscent of the refreshing southern breeze that crosses the Akagi Plateau.
