This is a rich red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon grown in our own HIYAKE VINEYARD, aged in barrels for one year.
The 2019 vintage was a relatively mild year for grape cultivation throughout Yamanashi Prefecture. This wine, which was originally scheduled to be released as the top cuvée HIYAKE VINEYARD, made its appearance as Anemone Kurele due to its slightly brighter color than usual.
This red wine is finished with a moist and delicious quality that evokes a rich aroma reminiscent of the warm soil unique to this vineyard, along with a depth of flavor rich in umami, all while maintaining a soft fruitiness.
