Iwazaki Brewery / Chateau Honjo Aged Muscat Berry A Kurenai ni Nihohu 2007 (Red)
Regular Price ¥3,740This is a red wine made using the Muscat Berry A grape variety, which is widely cultivated in Yamanashi, and aged in bottles in an underground cellar. Its flavor has a profound and relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to enjoy the passage of time while sharing a cup with someone. Therefore, we borrowed words from the 18th chapter of the early Heian period's poetic tale "Ise Monogatari" and named this wine "Kurenai ni Niho-u."
"Etiquette" is a work by Juri Ando titled "room." It depicts a corner of a garden, where the three-dimensionality born from a limited color palette and the floating white and red petals, which express the changing chrysanthemums, resonate with the taste of wine and the song "kurenai ni nihohu."
