This wine is a rare type of slightly dry rosé, blended from Koshu, a native variety from Katsunuma, and Kai Noir, which was developed by the Yamanashi Prefectural Fruit Tree Experiment Station.
The aroma of citrus originating from Kōshu is subtly complemented by the spicy notes derived from Kai Noir, such as red pepper. The moderate sweetness harmonizes with the fruitiness, creating a mellow and appealing flavor.
