The Chardonnay grapes from Yamagata Prefecture were subjected to skin contact (soaking the skins in the juice for a certain period of time) and underwent low-temperature fermentation, carefully crafted to maximize the fruitiness.
After being aged in French wine barrels for six months, it was bottled without heating. This elegant and delicate dry white wine features refreshing aromas reminiscent of herbs amidst the acidity, along with citrus notes like grapefruit, and pleasant flavors of vanilla and nuts derived from the barrel.
