Mikutan Wine / Domaine Kitani Orange 2023 (Orange) 750ml
Regular Price ¥3,960A blend of orange wine from Delaware with white wines such as Delaware, Mondeuse, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Gris. It is said that blending a small amount of Vitis vinifera with the Labrusca variety creates a better balance, so we decided to give it a try.
It has a gentle tannin structure and a refreshing quality due to its low alcohol content, while the aroma is quite voluminous. It's the kind of wine that you find yourself finishing a whole bottle without realizing it. The attack features lactic acid and the scent of Satsuma mandarin,
along with hints of black tea. It seems to pair well with anything, but since it's an orange wine, I would like to enjoy it with Chinese or ethnic cuisine.
