This is a blend of seeded and seedless Delaware grapes. We luxuriously use juice up to 60% from pressing.
Sugar is added before bottling, but there is residual sugar and the effervescence is slight.
I think this is the most delicious wine on its own among the wines released this time.
I think it goes well with dishes that enhance the flavor of the ingredients themselves, such as seafood sashimi or shirako ponzu.
