We have bottled two types of still wine: white and orange new Delaware wine!
You can drink smoothly. You can drink without stress. But that doesn't mean you won't get drunk. That's the good part♪
No preservatives such as sulfurous acid added. No supplementation of sugar or acid. It is an unfiltered and unclarified wine.
"Grapes that consistently exceed a sugar content of 20 degrees every year are rare in the country, and that is the Yamagata Delaware."
A sugar content of 20 degrees will produce about 10 degrees of alcohol without any additives.
