Our standard dry white wine that brings out 100% of the original charm of Koshu grapes. It is simple, crisp, and has a well-balanced, pleasant mouthfeel.
The year 2023, blessed with little rain and good weather, has concentrated both aroma and sweetness, and it may be said to be the best vintage in the last 10 years.
Starting from this year's vintage, we will change the capacity from the previous 720ml to the international standard of 750ml.
