In the midst of the scorching vintage of 2023, this Almonoir became a year of struggle.
The sugar content stopped accumulating at around 18, which led to the abandonment of red wine production. Instead, we proceeded with the production of white wine and the brewing of brand noir.
The color is a translucent, pale salmon pink, and the aroma features sweet notes of raspberry and white peach. The taste is crisp and dry, characterized by elegant fruitiness and refreshing acidity and minerality.
This wine is born from irregular vintage, so it's uncertain whether it will become a regular item, but please do enjoy this first vintage wine.
