This is the final chapter of the series (for now) featuring 【Moja no Suke】.
【Domaine Mojamoja】 is a series of wines made from grapes grown in the self-owned vineyard of Fukuyama Wine Workshop. The brewing period is particularly characterized by the fuzzy appearance of Kazaki Furukawa, hence the name 【Mojamoja】. This is a lightly sparkling red wine made from Muscat Bailey A grapes that are about 50 years old from our own vineyard. It is a wine with a unique character, much like Moja no Suke on the label! In 2023, it has become a soft wine. No preservatives have been added. Please store it at cellar temperature or in the refrigerator. Unfortunately, the contract for the vineyard has ended, so Moja no Suke will also take a break. We are starting to cultivate Muscat Bailey A from seedlings in another self-owned vineyard, so we will do our best to revive it along with the winery's revival!
