The sweet and refreshing aroma reminiscent of green apples overlaps with scents of young grass and leaf mold. Thanks to the sur lie process, there is a harmonious balance of nutty nuances and the fruity aromas of reserve wine.
The refreshing acidity and the calm flavor that seems to have been aged create an impressive, syrupy viscosity that evokes the sun of Miyazaki. It has a fruity taste while maintaining a light and interesting style.
