The Delaware grapes were fermented in whole clusters for 3 weeks to extract the flavors, and then aged in barrels (some large barrels and stainless steel barrels) for 12 months. The extraction of tannins from the grape skins results in an orange wine rather than a white wine.
The Eurasian blue tit, often seen in wineries and fields. I chose this bird for its cute, tie-like pattern and the friendly image it conveys. This is a wine that I want people to enjoy casually in their daily lives.
A bright orange-tinged amber. Aromas of karinto, dried apricots, grated apples, and ginger. While there is a crisp acidity typical of Yamagata, the rich fruitiness and umami of ripe Delaware grapes can also be felt. There is a slightly grainy finish.
"We have asked the local resident artist, Mari Yoshida, to create the label. It has been completed in a way that not only looks cute but also conveys the dynamism of living creatures."
