"We aged the Cabernet Sauvignon from our contracted farmer in Sarukawa for one year in barrels. The red from the bird series features raptors. Among hawks, the relatively small gray hawk possesses a strong ability to target prey with its swift movements. We layered this Cabernet, which has a rich depth of flavor alongside a soft taste."
Pale ruby. The scent of violet flowers and red currants gradually reveals notes of cedar and mint. It has a soft attack, charming fruitiness, and beautiful acidity. The tannins are mild, characterized by a supple body. A pleasant and elegant finish lingers.
The label was created by a local artist, Mari Yoshida. It has been finished in a way that not only looks cute but also conveys the dynamism of living creatures.
