Aiming to provide a wine that can be enjoyed on the dining table every day, we have crafted a fragrant white wine using 100% Chardonnay from Ishikari City, Hokkaido. It is named "Chardonnay Hachi" in reference to the name of the area where the vineyards are located.
The color is a golden lemon yellow. The aroma is rich with flavors of yellow peaches and mangosteen, along with hints of pineapple, honey, and dried persimmons, creating a vibrant impression of sunlight. The taste has a good balance of the flavors of fruits from warm regions and mild acidity. There is a concentrated, broth-like flavor, rich in umami.
