"Nice to meet you, Seibel-san. This year, I made it in a simple style with a Nouveau touch. When opened, it has a bit of fizz. At a slightly higher temperature, you can feel the umami more intensely? It has a gentle acidity with flavors of white fruits like pear, apple, and quince, along with a floral aroma reminiscent of ripe citrus. I believe it has become a wine that is easy to drink and goes down smoothly."
