This year's Cirol is a blend that can be said to be the white version of Mr. Ohno's Ohno Field Blend, which has been well received every year.
The flavor evokes the flagship series Bianco, resulting in a refined finish.
No wonder! Cirol and Bianco are not intentionally prepared separately; instead, they are divided into either Cirol or Bianco based on the flavor profile developed during barrel aging.
However, when 10% of the Red Millenium, which is Cirol's most distinctive feature, is added, it transforms into the Cirol that everyone can imagine.
