In the past few years, there have been various difficulties in many areas due to the impact of the new coronavirus.
To put it in our context, there has been significant damage to our customers, the restaurants, which has led to a decrease in sales at various wineries, a situation where exports are not possible, production adjustments at the wineries, price cuts for contracted farmers, sudden cancellations, and so on.
However, in any era, what is generally referred to as tragedy, whether it be a natural disaster or a man-made disaster, occurs to some extent.
"We were born as humans on this Earth."
Humans are just a tiny fraction of the life forms on Earth.
In the ever-changing activities of this Earth, which change rapidly every year, feeling confused by those changes or experiencing joy, anger, sadness, and pleasure is simply because we were born as the only life form with the essence of desire.
"That being said, it doesn't mean that we should look down on or belittle others; rather, because we are unique life forms, I believe there are things we can do for the workings of this Earth."
Even if man-made or natural disasters were to occur, it is possible to be happy or unhappy depending on one's way of thinking.
In terms of this event, it is the encounter with a new farmer.
Well, I had the opportunity to meet the farmers in Kamiyama City who are diligently nurturing their grapes with love. If it weren't for this occasion, I might not have met them.
And so, with the addition of new wonderful companions, it has become a wine that everyone can enjoy.
With such a story, we created a wine called POS.
