Because it is Mr. Ohno, whom we deeply respect, that we make this wine every year.
We don't pay much attention to the exact proportions of the assemblage.
A single farmer carefully cultivates the grapes and ferments them each in their own way.
There is no other reason than field blending.
However, surprisingly, it comes together well every time.
The aroma and taste are endlessly gentle and mild.
While reminiscent of sweet, ripe raspberries and pomegranates, the body balance never overpowers, making it a truly pleasant and soothing liquid that you can keep drinking.
Even after opening, it is a warm wine that gently changes day by day for more than a week, allowing you to enjoy its expressions at each moment.
