Each variety undergoes skin contact for 2 to 4 days, followed by pressing. After fermentation in large barrels, it is aged in stainless steel tanks.
The luxurious scents of rose, cedarwood, and Casablanca intertwine with the complex aromas of apricot, mandarin, and sorbus as time passes.
It matches well with Southeast Asian cuisine in general, such as Vietnamese and Thai dishes, which use a lot of herbs.
