We produced Delaware, Steuben, and Shine Muscat grown without pesticide application (including Bordeaux and sulfur compounds) at our own farm located in Nanyang City.
After harvesting three types of grapes, we crushed them by foot in whole bunches and fermented them in the tank.
There are also those that are not crushed by foot treading, and they are made using Semi M C (Semi-Maceration Carbonic).
The SemiMC over these 50 days brings out the characteristics of both the regular fermentation and the MC. After that, we added the orange wine from the early-harvested Pink Dela, and after completing the fermentation, we conducted a secondary fermentation in the bottle.
A fragrant aroma with a wild taste that is juicy. You can enjoy a fun and erotic "slightly sparkling wine."
