Made with Delaware, Steuben, and Shine Muscat grown without pesticide spraying (no Bordeaux or sulfur compounds) at our own farm in Nanyo City.
After harvesting three types of grapes, whole clusters were crushed by foot stomping and fermented in the tank.
Some grapes remain uncrushed by foot stomping, and the preparation is done using Semi MC (Semi Maceration Carbonic).
This 50-day SemiMC brings out the unique characteristics of both regular fermentation and MC. Then, orange wine made from early-harvested Pink Delaware was added, and after complete fermentation, secondary fermentation was done in the bottle.
A fragrant aroma with a wild taste and juiciness. You can enjoy a fun and sexy "slightly sparkling wine."
Of course, even with less fizz, it can be enjoyed as a still wine. We hope you enjoy this sensation both now, freshly made, and after aging.
