Made from Delaware, Steuben, and Shine Muscat grapes grown without pesticide spraying (no Bordeaux or sulfur compounds) at our own farm in Nanyo City. After harvesting the three types of grapes, the whole clusters were crushed by foot stomping and fermented in the tank. Some grape berries remained unbroken due to the foot stomping, and the preparation was done using Semi M C (semi-maceration carbonic). This 60-day SemiMC process brings out the unique characteristics of both regular maceration and carbonic maceration. Then, early-harvested Pink Delaware orange wine was added, and after complete fermentation, secondary fermentation was carried out in the bottle. It offers a fragrant aroma with a wild taste and juiciness. You can enjoy a fun and sexy "slightly sparkling wine." Of course, even if the bubbles lessen, it can be enjoyed as a still wine. We hope you enjoy this sensation both freshly made and after aging.
